About these terms

These terms apply to your use of norahclean.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products, ingredients, and colours accurately. Screens vary, and small-batch products vary slightly between runs — minor variation in colour, texture, and scent strength is normal and not a defect.

Use of our products

Norah products are household cleaning products intended for external use on surfaces only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Follow the use guidance on each label and product page, including guidance about which formulas are appropriate around animals. We are not responsible for damage resulting from use on surfaces the product isn't intended for, or from use contrary to label directions. Test on an inconspicuous area first.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel any order — including after it's placed. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, formulas, branding, and design — belongs to Norah and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norah's liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
