Refund policy

Founder Sets are a limited release, and all sales are final.

Because the Founder Set is a one-time run of 500 sets, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including unopened sets.

If something arrives wrong, we make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@norahclean.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or refund it, and we cover the shipping either way.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once you've received a tracking number, your set is on its way and can no longer be cancelled.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
