Shipping policy

Where we ship

Norah currently ships within Canada only. We're not shipping internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $15 CAD anywhere in Canada on orders over $75. Express delivery is available for $20 CAD. Your options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Founder Sets ship within 3–5 business days of your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your set is on its way.

Delivery times after that depend on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's with the carrier, and we can't cover the cost of reshipping an order sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or your set arrives damaged, email us at hello@norahclean.com within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

A note on glass

Our bottles are glass and packed to travel. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo and we'll replace it.
